Tomorrow will be the memorial service for seven Guardians who perished onboard HC-130 1705 after it collided with a Marine Corps helicoprter approximately 25 miles off the California coast during a search and rescue mission. Our thoughts and prayers also go with the two Marine Corps servicemembers onboard the helicopter involved in the incident. Please keep these brave servicemembers and their families in mind.

    Sad to loose a crew. Sad to loose a familiar aircraft. Many flights in it recorded in my log book. Nice piece capturing Yosemite Sam in Servide Dress saluting during Taps. I believe that both the Coast Guard and Marine aircraft crew personnel are flying with the Angels. Semper Paratus.
