… ’cause it ain’t official until you see a CGMS message, right? Ok, so I’m not really here, but if I were I’d congratulate VADM Papp on his nomination to become the Coast Guard’s 24th Commandant. The word officially went out yesterday via several different mediums and everybody and their mother is claiming they “called” it (yep, even I), but truth be told it was the obvious choice; however, there’s always that what if factor the guessing public has to put into their projections. Anyway, here is the official ALCOAST released yesterday with the announcement of his nomination- and this really is my last post until after Christmas… maybe. ;)
