That time of the year is here and our (‘er, that is, Coast Guard) weigh-ins will begin next month (that’s the reminder). But in the meantime you can take solace in fact that if you are one of those who just can’t lose the weight your still safe on some city streets. ;)

Are you lost about what’s going on the show LOST? Well me too, but that’s really because I missed the second half of the season premier as I needed to play dad and not sit in front of the TV… but alas I came across this gem which was able to sum up 5 seasons and one episode in about 4 minutes… Well worth the watch.
