“Do you think he’s actually hearing all of that?” asked the stout man standing next to glasses.
“What?” asked glasses with a raised voice.
The stout man motioned for them to both back out of the small rectangular room and closed the door. “I was asking if you thought he was actually hearing all of those things?” stout man said.
“It’s hard to say, really. Since about four o’clock this morning he hasn’t stopped screaming. I guess the only thing good out of this is he’ll lose his voice soon enough,” glasses said.
The two men walked into an adjoining office with monitors showing different rooms. They focused on the one with the man screaming and ripping at his ears. They zoomed the camera on his head when suddenly the man ripped his left ear off and threw it across the room. He stopped screaming and simply began repeating, “Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop…”
Standing up, the one eared man walked to the wall opposite the camera and continued to mumble “Make it stop.” Raising his left hand to the left side of his head, covering it with the blood from where his missing ear originated, he began to write, in blood, on the wall. A single word was written out before the man fell back on the floor dead.
“Zoom in on that- what’s that say?” said the stout man.
Glasses manipulated the dial to zoom in. “Does that say CacopHoNy?” glasses asked.
