Mother Nature is an indecisive lady when it comes to planning out a season.
Ok, well, that's not really true. Fact it, we as humans still can't predict with a high degree of certainty what weather will do to this planet. Though we've gotten a little better at predicting in the the short-term, we can't, say, predict a whole season.
This season ended with a gladly accepted fizzle. I'm not here to recap the exciting or boring points; no. I'm here to say I'm glad it's over. This is my last full season with the Coast Guard (I'll retire just after it starts this next June). If you're looking for some good info on the '18 storms I find that the ever-updated Wikipedia page is one of the best resources.
